About us

Omnicredit.ro is the first fintech platform for micro funding in Romania, providing factoring, discount and micro funding products , fast and with minimum documents.

Omnicredit specialists, with experience of over 15 years in the financial-banking field, develop financing solutions for small business, which may be accessed online on our platform.

Omnicredit was born from the desire to meet Romanian micro-entrepreneurs who:

The majority shareholder of the company is the investment fund Reconstruction Capital II Limited (RC2), a fund existing in Romania since 2005 and listed on London stock exchange.
